LZ6 is the Sixth Form College based at the Macclesfield Learning Zone.

We accept applications from Year 11 students from Macclesfield and beyond and unlike conventional Sixth Form Colleges we offer courses for 16-19 year olds at all levels. LZ6 students have their own Sixth Form building and environment, but courses are taught in the outstanding facilities across the whole campus, making use of the specialist resources available in Macclesfield College and Macclesfield High School.
