Full-time Application Procedure

It’s so easy to apply for a course at Macclesfield Learning Zone. Our centralised application process means that you apply to one place for any of the courses listed on the Macclesfield College or LZ6 website.

 

Step 1

Apply for your chosen course(s):

Online: Visit our courses page, select a course and click 'Apply Now'. If you know the name of your course simply complete the application form here.

In Person: Call into Student and Customer Services for an application form

By Post: Download and print a PDF version of the application form and send it freepost to: Student and Customer Services Unit, Macclesfield College, FREEPOST (SK 1504), Macclesfield, Cheshire SK11 8YA

Submit your application as soon as possible, as many courses fill up quickly.

Step 2

When we receive your application we will invite you to the College for an informal guidance discussion with a lecturer or A Level teacher to make sure your choices are right for you.

Step 3

During your discussion you will receive your offer of a place or referral to another course. Complete the acceptance form and return it to Student and Customer Services.

Step 4

Enrol for your course as soon as you know your exam results. Don't panic if you've not done as well as you'd hoped, we'll find a course that suits your grades. Finally, join us in September to start your course!
